Panel with Mask 1947 Framed Poster

Bring home a masterpiece of modern art with the Panel with Mask 1947 Framed Poster, a striking example of Henri Matisse's post-war aesthetic. Painted in 1947, this work exemplifies Matisse's revolutionary cut-out technique, where he 'drew with scissors' in pure color. The composition, dominated by bold, flat shapes and a mysterious mask-like form, creates a rhythmic balance that captivates the eye. This piece is not just a print; it's a portal to the artist's radical late period, where his art became an expression of pure joy and essential form.

Our museum-quality reproduction captures every nuance of the original's palette and texture, from the vibrant greens and blues to the subtle paper tonality. Printed on heavy 250 gsm (110 lb) matte, FSC-certified paper with a natural white (off-white) finish, it faithfully replicates the depth of the original. The professional matte finish reduces glare, allowing you to view the artwork exactly as Matisse intended. To ensure longevity and safety, the print is protected by shatterproof plexiglass and presented in a durable pine wood frame, available in four elegant finishes: white, wood, dark wood, or black. With its 20-25 mm thickness and 10-14 mm width, the frame provides a substantial presence, and each piece arrives ready-to-hang with included hanging hardware.
